If you are looking to apply coatings to metal there is some preparation work that must be undergone. The coatings must be able to create an adhesion with the metal. For this we carry a couple different products. The first is MetalTex. MetalTex is meant for most metal substrates and is a two part application process:
Instructions:
1. Clean surface soap and water K7 & J3 with hot water.
2. Apply Metaltex 1 with Hudson sprayer and let set 2 minutes.
3. Rinse off with clean water and let dry.
4. Apply Metaltex 2 with Hudson sprayer and let air dry.
5. Apply coating.
If you are looking to apply this to Aluminum we have a specially forumalated prodct line aptly called AlumiTex. Applied in the same way, but using AlumiTex 1 and AlumiTex 2.
