METALTEX II (Blue Colored) Bare Metal Prep

The Metaltex system is the fastest way to prep bare metal to apply the Vortex Sprayliners material to it.  The metaltex system is a two step system.  Using a simple pump up sprayer you will spray Metaltex I over the clean metal surface to be Vortexed.  Let it set for just 3 Minutes and rinse off with water.  Let this dry and then apply a coat of the Metaltex II to the surface and let it dry.  Once dry, start Vortexing away.  You have a 3 day window to apply the Vortex.  Super Fast, efficient and less expensive than Super Seal +.

Metaltex can be applied to approximately 400 sq. ft. per gallon of material

NOTE: The Metaltex system can only be used on bare metal and only for applying Vortex sprayliner material. Do not use with the Polyphatic / Granitex Glaze.
